Screen size depends on the distance to the furthest seat and what people need to read. We size displays so text is readable from every seat, and choose between screens, video walls and projection based on the room and its lighting.

Hard surfaces such as glass and bare walls cause echo, which makes remote participants hard to understand however good the microphones are. We work with our interiors team on acoustic panels, ceilings and furnishings, and choose microphones that suit the room.

A room where a meeting starts with one tap on a control panel or the scheduled meeting button, with the display, camera, microphones and audio switching on together. It removes most of the cables and settings that slow meetings down.

Yes. We plan floor boxes, table cable management, ceiling and wall routes and wireless presentation during design, so the finished room shows only the screen and the controls.
