IT & networking

Structured cabling, server and rack rooms, Wi-Fi, CCTV and access control, ready for day one.

Overview

Your team expects the network to work the day they move in. We plan the cabling, racks and wireless coverage together with the interior layout, so every desk, screen, camera and access point has a tested connection.

What we deliver

  • Structured cabling: Cat6 / Cat6A and fibre backbone
  • Server and rack rooms, cooling and power
  • Wi-Fi survey, design and installation
  • Network switches and firewalls
  • CCTV surveillance systems
  • Access control and visitor management
  • Meeting room connectivity
  • Labelling, testing and certification

Why ADS

Ready on move-in

Points tested and labelled before your team arrives.

Neat and traceable

Labelled racks and patching make future changes easy.

Secure

CCTV and access control integrated with the fit-out.

Typical timeline

Every project is different. These are typical durations for a 5,000 to 20,000 sq ft office, and we confirm yours in writing after the site survey.

Survey & design

1 to 2 weeks. Data point layout, rack and server room design, Wi-Fi survey and the CCTV and access control plan.

Cabling & installation

3 to 6 weeks. Cat6 or Cat6A and fibre cabling, racks, Wi-Fi access points, switches, firewalls, cameras and access control, alongside the fit-out.

Testing & handover

1 week. Cable certification, labelling, network configuration checks and documentation, so the office is ready on move-in day.

Areas we serve

We deliver structured cabling, networking and security systems for offices across Delhi NCR, including Gurugram, Noida, Noida Extension, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad and Delhi, and in Jaipur. Our team visits the site for every survey, so the design reflects the actual building, not just the floor plan.

IT & networking questions

Should we choose Cat6 or Cat6A cabling?

Cat6 handles 1 Gbps comfortably and is enough for many offices. Cat6A supports 10 Gbps over the full 90 m run and handles higher power for Wi-Fi access points and cameras, so it is the safer choice if you want the cabling to last through several equipment upgrades.

How many data points does an office need?

It depends on how you work. Most offices plan for one or two points per workstation, plus points for meeting rooms, printers, Wi-Fi access points, cameras, access control and displays. We build the count from your layout and add sensible spares.

How do you make sure Wi-Fi works everywhere?

We survey the space, plan access point positions around walls, glass and ceilings, and size the system for the number of devices, not just the floor area. After installation we check coverage across the floor.

What does a server or rack room need?

Dedicated power from UPS, cooling that runs independently of the office air conditioning, proper earthing, cable management, controlled access and, for larger rooms, fire detection and gas suppression. We plan these together with our electrical and fire teams.

Is the cabling tested and certified?

Yes. Every copper and fibre link is tested with a certification tester and labelled at both ends, and you receive the test results and a labelling schedule.

Do you install CCTV and access control as well?

Yes. We design and install CCTV, access control and visitor management systems and connect them to your network, so security and IT are planned together.

How we work

i.

Survey & brief

We visit your site, measure it and listen. We agree what the space needs to do, how many people it must hold, the look you want, your budget and your timeline. You get a written brief and scope to sign off.

ii.

Design & engineering

Our designers prepare layouts, 3D views and material options while our engineers design HVAC, electrical, fire, IT and AV. Everything is drawn on one coordinated set, with an itemised quotation.

iii.

Build & install

One site manager runs civil, interior and services teams to a single programme. You get regular progress updates and photos, and quality checks at each stage.

iv.

Test & hand over

Every system is tested and commissioned. You receive as-built drawings, test reports, manuals, warranties and training for your facility team, then a defects period with our support.
